Also, if making the changes to semicolon/UTF-8 doesn’t work then please open up the CSV file in a plain text editor such as Notepad on Windows or TextEdit on Mac. The plain text editor will show hidden formatting characters that you won’t see in the spreadsheet program. Then post that screenshot.
