Ensure that the “Use Graphics Processor” is on. If it is and you’re still getting that message, there is an issue for sure with Photoshop on certain systems having the preferences feedback stuck saying it is off. Try to restart the Photoshop preferences then restarting Photoshop. Let me know if that resolves your issue
