You would do that with EZ Composites. However, the way you do the names will make it a lot more complicated.
For EZ Composites, the easiest way to name a template like that is to use the layout designer and go with the option for full name, text for the text items. This will create a layout with 2 text layers for each slot. The first text layer will ne the full name. The second text layer will be for addition text.
However…… how EZ Composites handles the name text layer for full names is it will automatically combine the text for the FIRSTNAME CSV column and the LASTNAME CSV column in the full name formatted like “Mike Jones”, NOT “Jones, Mike”. So if you need the names to be put into the template in the format as “Jones, Mike” Then you will have to trick it. In The CVS, leave all of the cells blank for either the FIRSTNAME or LASTNAME column. Then in the other cell, enter in the format “Jones, Mike”. So when it combines the first and last name columns it will combine one empty column together with the text that you formatted in the other column.
The in the CSV for the TEXT column, enter in the other data you have such as “PK – Berry”.
Another thing you will need to do is save the data file as semicolon delimiter if you are using commas in the text. EZ Comp can’t parse comma delimited files if there are commas in the data. If you use semicolon instead then it will parse fine.
So in summary for your CSV, it will be semicolon delimited with columns for FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME, and TEXT. Leave the FIRSTNAME column blank and add your text formatted like “Jones, Mike” to the LASTNAME column. The TEXT column will be for the next line of text.
It would make it a lot easier on yourself if you just went with the standard way EZ Comp handles names and let the FIRSTNAM COLUMN and lASTNAME column combine inot formatting like “Mike Jones”.
For the layouts, none of my templates have the additional text column below the name. So as mentioned, you will need to use the layout generator to make your own layout using the text option of fullname, text.
