    It must have been a corrupted prefs file.  That is the only thing I can think of.

    Prior versions of SPA needed the GPU checkbox on too, but if it was off then it just wouldn’t tell users if it was off. Instead it would fail for face detection. The latest release now tells people when it is off instead of running and just failing for all of the face detections. I’ve wanted to implement that for a long time, but never could figure out how to get the information from Photoshop for the GPU status before, but just figured it out.
