If that checkbox I posted is turned on and it still gives the message then the only thing I can think of is that the photoshop preferences files could be corrupted. That sometimes happens and the preferences files can’t be read correctly which can cause lots of different issues. So if the checkbox is on, and you still get the message, then please reset the Photoshop preferences.

To do that, go to the preferences and to the general section. Select Reset Preferences On Quit. Then restart Photoshop. After restarting Photoshop, go into the preferences and turn off “Auto Show Home Screen” from the general section. Then make sure the “Use Graphics Processor” checkbox is on in the Performance section.

After this, retry SPA again and let me know if it works.
