    Hi Damon,

    I am just following up on my previous issue. I got fed up with my MacBook/Adobe and finally reached out to a Master Photographer that I had taken classes with to see if he could assist me with the Adobe preferences. He actually recommended another Master Photographer with a Tech background. We did a zoom and she went through all of my screens with me. She discovered that there was a disconnect deep inside my MacBook from when it crashed (and I reinstalled the software) back in August. That is when everything got progressively bad for me. After so many calls to Adobe and Apple, there were so many “cooks in the kitchen” and it created so many issues. I reached out to Apple again and got a Senior Advisor that said he would work with me directly and I wouldn’t need to continue to start over with a new agent every time I called in. He helped me to wipe out my software and reinstall under a new user name then I added my old preferences and settings and made the changes necessary. Even with all of your great suggestions to fix my problem, none of it would have worked because there were so many gaps in the software that the MacBook couldn’t find the path it needed for anything to work fluidly. If you want to delete this thread so it doesn’t confuse anyone, you can go ahead. I really appreciate all the help you tried to give me. I knew I needed someone to look at all the screens and settings with me because something just wasn’t right, but I don’t know what I am looking at for the most part. Thanks for all of your help! I am so happy to tell you all of my Pixnub software works now! Woohoo!!! I have been getting caught up all weekend. I am so happy to have this fixed and can get back to work now.
