Are you running with a CSV? If so the try running without a CSV.  If it runs all of the images without the CSV the the issue is the CSV itself.

When running without a CSV it won’t replace any text and will only replace images in the Player 1 slot. However, that is OK because we are just doing this to test to see if the CSV is the issue.

If it runs without the CSV then most likely you have filenname mismatches in the CSV file.
