Hi Damon,

I had a session last night when you responded then work up today to my internet being down. The cable guy is here now. I just can’t catch a break. As soon as he is finished and I hopefully will have internet, I will take the steps you sent me. I do appreciate the clarification of what the preferences include. I have been told so many different things and have gotten a bit of anxiety just to try something different. Since the issues continue to get worse. I am really hoping your recommendation will be the answer. I will respond soon!
