What you say sounds very simple, but when I reset the preferences, don’t I lose all of my actions, plugins, brushes, etc? I am doing my best to understand all of this, but I am getting all different advice and different times of the day and really not getting anywhere and it is overwhelming since I don’t understand so much of the technical. My PS doesn’t have any of my actions/brushes/plugins since the last wipe out. So I am trying to get them reinstalled so that I don’t lose them all. Aren’t the custom actions/brushes/plugins all in the preferences? I am so confused…. And…. The Adobe Agent JUST disconnected with me again. 🙁
