    With Apple, the GPU is part of the M2 chip, and that is compatible. With windows the GPU is separate and there are hundreds of different configurations. So Windows is where there could be a GPU issue which is why I asked.

    There is nothing with your Mac M2 computer that shouldn’t work correctly for compatibility.  So the issue has to be on the software side, not the hardware side.

    There could be a corrupted photoshop preferences file. I have seen that issue on a few Macs recently and resetting the Photoshop preferences has fixed it. So try resetting the preferences first.  if that doesn’t fix the issue then we can do a screenshare.

    Regardless, the template needs to be sRGB though.  If you get that message that the template isn’t sRGB then that is not an error. That message is by design for how I created SPA. I programmed it that way because too many people were sending mis-matched color profiles through SPA and causing color shifting on the player images in the composites. Some people didn’t realize it until after they sent to print. So forcing sRGB is SPA’s way of protecting users from causing color shifting and messing up the composites.
