The face detection is not working. When it tilts left and right, it is looking for the face at different angles.
The cause for face detection not working is usually the GPU being turned off in the Photoshop preferences.
In Photoshop, go to the preferences and to the Performance section. If the checkbox that says “Use Graphics Processor” is turned off then turn it on and try the batch again.
