Second thing I want you to do for troubleshooting is to move the same folder of images from the SSD to your desktop. Then try running the same batch from the template you originally posted.
What I think is your batches are skipping to the coding step where it pastes images to the template and trying to do that before Photoshop is ready…… before PS fully closes the player images and switches back to the template. So it doesn’t paste into the template because the template isn’t the active document yet. Basically, the mac is getting ahead of itself.
I have an idea of how to possibly fix it but I need to know the results of these 2 tests first before trying to implement a fix.
