Blue screen just doesn’t work as well because of how the colors mix. The blue color is normally about 180degrees shift on hue from the hair. So when those colors blend, it often creates a band if desaturated gray. The auto spill correction really doesn’t do well with that desaturated band because it is more of a neutral gray then a blue and it doesn’t target it well.
Really, the only way to do this is with the Refine Edge Hair settings which means you would need to run in dual mask mode. See the screenshot. You will have to plan around with these settings. Also, when doing the lasso in dual mask, make sure to not select any area of skin or clothing edges that are against the blue screen….. because this adjustment targets all edges that are in the dual mask selection and you only want it to target the hair edges.
