I just tried calling you as well. I think there is probably an issue with the SPA setup layers for the player (or team). Try deleting these layers and add them again through the SPA setup screen.

If that doesn’t work, then for a sanity check, please try a different template without a CSV to see it that works. That way we will see if it’s a template specific issue or a global issue.

Also, one other thing to check is int he Photoshop preferences, under the Performance section, make sure the checkbox that says “Use GPU” is checked on. If that is off it can’t do face detection. However, in that case it doesn’t just open the template and stop. It tries to find the face and does an bunch or retires before eventually just moving on to the next image. But probably should check this anyway.
