Can you please see if you can repeat it. Then, before closing Photoshop, check to see if the scratch disk is full. Just whatever disk you are using as the scratch disk, go into Windows Explorer or Mac Finder and see the properties of the disk to see how much empty space the disk has. Make sure to do this before closing Photoshop after it has failed. After closing Photoshop it will reset the scratch disk space so I need to know if it is full before yo close Photoshop.

Let me know how much empty space the disk has at the time the error occurs. Then we can proceed from there.
