Also, in addition to the CSV issue, your PSD setup is incorrect.

The SPA-Player-1 layer needs to be a smart object. In your PSD, it is a normal ;layer.  It looks like you used a processed SPA file that had already replaced an image and are using those layers in a new template.  When SPA runs, if you don’t have the “use smart objects” button checked, it will add the images as a normal layer.   This allows it to run faster and use much less memory and scratch disk because PS is terrible with memory and scratch disk when editing smart objects.

However, if you then take one of the finish PSD files and try to save it as a new template, the layers are wrong because SPA needs the template to be in smart object format to run.

So you will need to recreate the Player 1 layer setup. Delete what is there and recreate it through the SPA PSD setup. If you want to save the template with a custom placeholder image then in the PSD setup area in SPA, use the “Add Custom player image” button.  This will add an image and keep it as a smart object.   however, don’t run the template through SPA and then resave as a new template if you have the “use smart objects” option off.

So if you fix the PSD layer issue and change the TEAMFILE header to the correct header then it should run……  but I have seen invalid characters mess up the CSV parsing, so you may need to fix O’Rourke too.  If you don’t fix that then the O’Rourke name for sure won’t work correctly.. but not sure if the invalid character will mess up everything else too.
