It is because you didn’t check on the option to use Select Subject for Player edges. With non-cutout images you must select this option. Without it checked, it will use the edges of the transparency which will be the edges if the image if it isn’t cutout.
With cutout images, you don’t want this checked because it will run faster and be more accurate if the image is cutout.
So use this with non-cutouts and don’t use it with cutouts.
