My guess is that your GPU driver may be old or the new PS release may not fully support your GPU. In the new PS version please go to Help>GPU compatibility. Reply to this post with a sc screenshot of the pop-up window show what it says about your GPU.

If it says your GPU is good then it could also be a corrupted PS prefs file. You can try resetting the PS prefs and then restarting PS. In the preferences under the General section, select Reset Preferences on Quite. Then restart PS and try again.

Most likely, the issue is one of these 2 things. Let me know……
