Also, after you adjust your windows display settings, Photoshop will remember the size it last displayed the window so it will be cutoff still with room below it. So in that case, click on the bottom of the window and drag it down to expand it.

The other thing, if you are using a monitor that is really small and can’t go up to 900 px is tall…. Say you are on a super low resolution monitor like 1024 x 768 pix then there will be no way to make the SPA window fit, even with the Windows display scaling at 100%. In that case, you will need to plug in a different monitor.  Just any standard 1920 x 1080 HD monitor will work.  Pretty much all monitors being sold now are at least capable of 1920 x 1080 HD so any cheap monitor would be fine.
