In your first screenshot, it shows the tab for IMG_2216RYLAX.png being active. However, the screenshot look to show the template. So it could be just a screen refresh thing not updating the screen to show the png file.

Anyway, it looks to be getting stuck while trying to do the face detection on the png image.

Please open file IMG_2216RYLAX.png. Then go to the Face Crop plugin and go to Create and Test Presets. Just select any of the presets run a Test Preset. Is it able to do the face detection and crop the image?
