I think the obfuscator will be fine. I was thinking that you had to give it the function name in the manifest file. It looks like you just give it the command ID in the manifest. Then in the JS file, you tell it which function to run for each command ID. I’m pretty sure the obfuscator won’t rename the command ID.
Anyway, let me see what I can come up with.
