Damon BellThe Photoshop plugins API has a lot more folder security restrictions than just saving from Photoshop manually. I have looked into this on ocassion with other users and have not figured out how to get this to work. NAS drives, Dropbox, etc. all seem to give issues. There is nothing in the plugin itself blocking it. It seems like the restrictions are built into Photoshop.
I suggest asking in the facebook group to see if anyone has been able to get NAS drives to work on Mac. If so then maybe we can figure out if there is some security preference they needed to switch on the OS or the drive. I honestly have no idea how to get it to work…. and it may not be possible. I would be curious to know if someone out there has got it to work though, and if so, how.
