In the images, are the faces clearly visible? If the faces are covered or if the images are shot with the person standing in profile from the side then it won’t be able to see the faces.
Assuming the faces are clearly visible….
In Photoshop, please go to Help>GPU compatibility. Then reply and add a screenshot of the popup window it gives you showing the GPU compatibility details.
