You png and tif images worked on my computer. It may be a folder permissions issue, a corrupted Photoshop security token for that folder, or a network drive permission issue if you are using a network drive. I have seen each of these 3 issue cause it not to see the files.

To test, please try creating a new folder on the desktop.  The move the images to the new folder and try running from that folder.  Please let me know if that works.
