Yes, that can cause a vertical alignment issue, depending on the opacity of the shadows. It aligns to the bottom edges of the transparency in the player images. So depending on the opacity of the shadows, it may or may not included the shadows and cause vertical alignment issues. However, the shadows won’t cause proportional scaling issues. It won’t cause one image to eb scaled larger than another unnaturally.  EZTB only calculates one scale percent and uses that same % when scaling every image.  If yo have perspective scaling turned on the it will do an additional step to scale each row a little smaller as it goes back. However, if you see images in the same row disproportionally scaled then the images were that way to start with.

Basically, if you just need to move the images up and down to realign then the issue is probably due to the shadows. If you have to also scale images to make the size right then that is something else and the images are already not scaled properly to start with.  You could have 2 issues going on as well. The shadows may be one issue and improper scaling may be another.
