There probably is either an issue with the PSD template setup or the CSV setup.

First, try running without the CSV to see if it replaces the images.  It won’t replace the text without the CSV but I just want to see if it will replace the images.

If it won’t replace the images when running without a CSV then please post a screenshot of the layer setup for the SPA player layers.
