Can you please post what the template looks like by itself.  Me guess is that the face detection is seeing the hands as a “face”.  It is hands are were the face is setup in the template then that is what is happening.  If so then I may not have a fix for it because I can’t change how Adobes’ face detection AI works.

Can you send me a couple of the images that it happens with so I can verify if this is what is happening? It may be seeing 2 face, one being the actual face and one being the hand. Not sure if there is a way for me to force it to use the correct face or not.  But I’d like to look at it to see.
