Sorry for the late response. The last 2 days have been really hectic for me.

I have never seen an error that sys the RAM is low.  When the scratch disk space is low the error will usually specifically say the scratch disk space is low.  Other times, I have seen low scratch disk space just cause locks-ups.  However, I have never seen the error you posted.

Are you multi-tasking on the computer and running other when this happens?

It might be best to just do a screen share so I can look at it with you.

Would you be availlable tomorrow to do a screenshare so I can look at it?
