    Does this happen on the first image in the batch or is it in the middle of the batch.

    Also, is this a new PSD template setup that you have not used before?  If so, please test the same cutout images on a template setup that you know has worked in the past.  If that works but the other template doesn’t then it is a PSD setup issue.

    Please let me know the answers to these questions.
