I sent an invoice as a PDF. I had to make on in Excel because I had no way to modify how the system generates it.
Since you requested a company address, I used my home address because this is the address the company is registered under.
As already mentioned, I don’t do anything with VAT as my business is registered in the US and VAT is not required in the US. So the invoice doesn’t have any VAT info on it.
