A few questions…

1. What is the file format for the cutout files?

2. Are the files directly under the main folder or are they in sub-folders?  If in sub-folders, did you click the checkbox to process from sub-folders?

3. Is the folder location a local drive or a network drive?  In some cases the plugin can’t access network drives or cloud drives like Dropbox, etc.  The is due to folder privilege issues or download speed issues.  In those cases, you need to have the images on a local drive.
