    I am available now.  You will need to install the Remote Desktop App for the google chrome browser. It is a free extension for chrome.

    Once it is install the go to the “remote support” section and then select “share my screen”. Send me the access code. The code is only valid for 5 minutes so send it as soon as you get the code and I will be watching for the email.

    Important, only have 1 monitor plugged in when we do the remote session. If you have dual monitor then I will not be able to see both screens, or in some cases the screen will be side by side and to small for me to read.
