Just so others can understand the solution, (because it wasn’t clear to me,) save the Starter file in the same folder as your image files. This is when the CSV file picks up the filenames and populates Column 1 with the file names of the CSV “save” folder. If you save your CSV in a folder that does not have your image files, then the file will be created without the filenames populated.
