Hi Damon, Thank you for the reply. This has been resolved and was definitely User Error. I found out that my assistant renamed all my cutout files from the .tif extension to .png without converting them. So in essence, all files were tif, but had the .png extension so the system did not recognize the file type. I batch renamed all cutouts to .tif in adobe bridge and that resolved the problem.
