See this screenshot for an example CSV. The CSV must be formatted EXACTLY like this. You must have all of the column headers in this exact order too. Even if you don’t use all of the columns, you still must have all of the headers. So in this screenshot, note the headers for TEXT and FORCEORDER. There isn’t any data in the columns. However, the headers still must be there.
