First thing, make sure the first step of the action is set to select the team name layer. When SPA finishes processing, it probably won’t be on the team layer. So the action step 1 needs to tell it to select that layer. This is the most common mistake people make. They record the action starting with the layer selected that the want it to work on. Then the action runs fine when the play it back because they test it with that layer already selected.  However, that won’t work if another layer is selected because it will try to process on the wrong layer.

If the action step 1 does select the team name layer and it still doesn’t work then we’ll move on to the next troubleshooting step.

For troubleshooting, I want to test running the action by selecting it in the SPA user settings instead of using the CSV.

So please rename the CSV column to something else or delete it so SPA won’t try to use that column.

Then select the action from the menu in the SPA settings and run the batch.  See the screenshot. Does that run the action?
