    That is because you don’t have a license for Face Crop. You have a Sports Key license which came with the sports programs which are EZ Green Screen, Image Extract, SPA, and EZ Team Builder. I later added Workflow Helper to those keys.

    The Sports Key never cams with the school programs which are Face Crop, Background Swapper, EZ Compositites, or the Generic Plugin Hot Folder.  You also purchases a stand alone key for Background Swapper.

    You Platinum membership was for the tech support plan which includes tech support for you perpetual keys but does not include additional license keys.
