    I tested the PNG you sent me. It ran fine in batch for me.  So the PNG images seem fine.

    For testing, please create a new folder on the desktop and move some of the PNG files to the new folder. Then try running the batch from that folder. I think PS may be blocking access from the plugin to access the external drive folder you are using.

    Please respond after you have ran this test and we will proceed from there is it doesn’t work from the desktop folder.
