Someone in the Facebook Pixnub user group suggested converting to Tiff. I used Lightroom to do this. They were PNG files originally. The PNG files are local on an external hard drive but it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried several times.
I’ve got several jobs I need to get out and hope that we can resolve the problem quickly. This is the first time it’s happened to me.
