    SPA will run with PNG or TIF.  In the SPA batch settings, under File Types To Process, make sure it was set to PNG or All.  Then it should process the PNG files. If not, then there are issues with the files themselves.

    Beyond that, it sounds like you also have issues with the template setup.

    It will be easiest if you just send me the files to look at.

    Please send me the PSD template, one TIF file, and one PNG file.  I’ll then look at it and let you know.
