It looks like there is already a layer mask on the extracted image group folder so it can’t make a layer mask. Did you run it twice? If you already ran it once and there is a layer mask then it can’t make another one on the group.
Anyway, actions are not “smart” like a plugin programming. So if the action tries to do something like create a mask when there already is a mask then it will run into issues.
Also, the “actions hacks” are not official features of the plugin and are included “as is”. I don’t do tech support for the “action hacks” as they are really not official plugin features are “as is”. So if you have any problems with the actions then you will need to work out the issues and modify the actions as needed to fit into your workflow.
