I found the problem. You have a folder in there with a bunch of team folders and layers already built under Freshman Football. Delete that folder and it will work.
The issue is that folder has layers with the same names as the new team it is building. So when it goes to arrange the players, it picks the first layer it comes to with that name and moves it. So instead of moving the layers from the new team, it is moving the layers from one of the teams already built.
