It is a multiple step issue.  All of them based on my “making it up as I go” understanding of SPA.

I flattened all but the SPA text portions and then I was trying to use the QR image more like a logo because I couldn’t wrap my mind around a QR being an individual image (I was thinking athlete).  But Sports Automation kept asking for an individual image.  When I tried to insert that, I have only used cut out images and that wasn’t working.  I watched your tutorials and finally understood that I needed an alignment of a 9 for a non-cutout image and turned off the logo.  I turned the non-cutout image into a smart object and made sure I check boxed that option.

It worked!
