I was wrong about my Mac. It is a 2017 iMac with a Radeon 580 Pro, not a 560.  Anyway, it ran fine with no issues. It is still on OSX 12.6.5.  I keep this machine on an older OSX so I can test back that far.

Anyway, if that computer was working before on the same OSX version then the only variable seems to be a PS update. I have not changed the face detection code in a very long time for Pixnub so I really don’t think that the plugin itself is the issue, especially since nobody else is reporting this.

So please try PS 24.6 and let me know if that works. If not, then please try whatever the latest release of PS 23 is.

Let me know after you have tested the prior PS versions.
