Damon BellWhen you say rest the PS settings, do you mean that you reset the Photoshop preferences by selecting Reset Preferences on Quit and restarting Photoshop?
I saw this bug one time and resetting the preferences and then restating Photoshop fixed it. Pretty sure it had something to do with it not like the font when it tries to replace the text.
If that is how you reset the preferences and it still has the issue then please uninstall SPA and then reinstall it. The smart objects PSD file is inside of the SPA install and maybe that file is corrupted. So go into Plugins>manage Plugins and then find SPA and uninstall it. After that reinstall SPA and try again.
