Are you running the latest release 4.2.0? If not then download and install 4.2.0 and it will work. A couple of months back I had to reprogram the activation system so it was compatible with a new modern server in preparation for Pixnub moving to a new server. All plugins had to be updated to work with the new system. So older releases can no longer activate
