You are already logged in… or else you would not have been able to post in the forum as you did. You are probably trying to click on the sign up link for the product. That is password protected because I am screening new signups. However, it won’t work with anyone’s password.

You need to go into the subscriptions page and scroll down to find the original sign up order. Click on the “View Order” button. But don’t click on any of the product links in there as those just open the sign p page. Inside of the order it will show the license key. I wish the cart could put it in a better place.
