I’m pretty sure the template ICC profile didn’t match the cutout. You can send the files to email@example.com.
I plan to make a new release soon to prevent this from happening anymore.
In the new release, it won’t run unless the template is set as sRGB. For any cutouts it will auto convert the cutouts to sRGB before putting in the template. This will prevent any issues.
For the new release, when a template isn’t sRGB, it will stop and throw an erroring telling the user that they need to fix the temaplte. In the SPA setup screen, I will have a button that will convert the template to sRGB for the user so they can fix it.
I hope to have the new version release by August before the fall busy season.
