Ok yes I know there is extra columns and I usually just ignore the warning with no issues.
I have now removed the extra spaces and deleted the extra columns etc to see what happens and it still wont load.
Every other csv that I have created has worked fine and still works fine its only this file.
Im about to download the SPA program and reinstall and see what happens from there unless you have some other magical suggestion
