PixnubIf Face Crop is working then it isn’t a Face detection issue. There is probably a setup issue with your PSD or something along those lines.
Please send me 2 of your player cutout images, the PSD template, and the CSV file (if you are using a CSV). For the PSD, if it is too large to send then just downsize it to 1000 px tall or something small enough to send.
I will then look at it tomorrow during normal business hours. I’m sure I can figurre it out but just not going to start looking at this at 10 PM. But if you send me the files tonight then I will look at them and get back to you on it tomorrow.
